Alison Mitchell has been appointed as General Manager at Apiary Hotel

Alison Mitchell is the opening general manager of Apiary Hotel Belleview Station, a boutique lifestyle extended-stay property debuting in January 2026. With more than 20 years of hospitality leadership experience, she is known for building strong teams and guiding operational strategies that enhance guest experiences and support long-term brand success.

Mitchell leads all pre-opening and operational readiness efforts for the property, including staffing, budgeting, brand development and standard operating procedures. She has built a high-performing leadership team, established revenue and marketing strategies and positioned the hotel for a strong entry into the Denver market.

Before joining Apiary Hotel Belleview Station, Mitchell was general manager at Clayton Hotel & Members Club with Aparium Hotel Group and at the Art Hotel Denver, Curio Collection by Hilton, where she oversaw a $3 million renovation and a team of more than 100 employees. Earlier roles include general manager at Hilton Garden Inn Denver Union Station with Davidson Hospitality Group and multiple leadership positions with White Lodging Services. She began her career in restaurant management prior to moving to the hotel industry.

Mitchell also serves on the Visit Denver Board of Directors and previously served on the Metro Denver Lodging Council Board of Directors.

Outside of work, Mitchell supports local community initiatives and enjoys Denver's culinary scene, travel and time outdoors.
