Swati Kumari has been appointed as Housekeeping Director at Rixos Al Mairid Ras Al Khaimah

Housekeeping is about much more than cleanliness. It is about anticipating what guests need to make them feel as at home as possible.

Swati Kumari

Swati Kumari brings more than a decade of experience in luxury hospitality, having led large housekeeping teams, successfully implemented meticulous standards and driven guest satisfaction in high-profile properties across India and the Middle East.

At Katara Towers, her previous position, she led more than 150 colleagues in her role as assistant director of housekeeping. She and her teams oversaw rooms and public areas and upheld high standards for nearly 500 keys. Kumari began her career with The Oberoi Group, climbing the ranks from housekeeping attendant to leadership roles, gaining extensive experience in consistency upholding luxury room standards, as well as training and development in the form of inventory management and cross-functional coordination.

These skills did not go unnoticed by Rixos Al Mairid Ras Al Khaimah, with the hotel's general manager Sherif Kasseb taking pride in welcoming her to the team.
