Hard Rock Hotel New York has appointed Fabian Ludwig as Executive Chef, joining Director of Restaurants Tetyana Mykhaylyuk to lead culinary and restaurant operations across RT60 Rooftop Bar & Lounge and Sessions Restaurant & Bar.

Ludwig is a globally experienced culinary leader with more than 20 years of experience across luxury hotels and large-scale dining operations, most recently serving as Executive Chef at Sofitel New York. He has also held leadership roles at PUBLIC Hotel, BallenIsles Country Club, and Gaylord Rockies, bringing a balance of creative vision and operational rigor to every kitchen he leads.

At Sessions Restaurant & Bar, Ludwig will curate menus inspired by elevated comfort classics, designed to transition seamlessly from daytime dining to evening service. At RT60 Rooftop Bar & Lounge, he will oversee a streamlined, shareable culinary program crafted to complement cocktails, city views, and a late-night social atmosphere. He will also lead banquets, catering, and in-room dining across the hotel.
