Jones joins the hotel following his role as the opening Director of Sales and Marketing for JW Marriott Reston Station, where he led market entry, brand positioning, and commercial strategy for the landmark property. His career includes leadership roles across eight luxury, convention, and resort hotels nationwide, with a proven record of driving revenue growth, leading large-scale sales initiatives, and managing multi-million-dollar meeting space transformations. He is skilled in fostering collaborative cultures, implementing impactful partnerships, and building high-performing teams focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
