Roxanne Castillo has been appointed as Hotel Manager at Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah

Castillo brings with her extensive operational experience across the Middle East and Southeast Asia, along with a reputation for hands-on leadership and a strong focus on guest experience. In her new role, she will oversee the hotel's day-to-day operations, supporting continued growth while ensuring Hilton's guest-first philosophy remains front and centre.

Most recently, Castillo served as director of operations at Hilton Dubai Jumeirah, one of the brand's longstanding beachfront properties in the city. During her tenure, she led a major refurbishment project, delivering enhancements across the hotel while reinforcing its competitive positioning in Dubai's ever-evolving hospitality landscape.

Before relocating to Dubai, Roxanne held senior operational leadership roles at Hilton Doha, where she played a key role in positioning the hotel as a market leader in Qatar and the wider region. Her time there was marked by multiple industry accolades, strong OTA rankings, the successful delivery of major global events and standout food and beverage performance across popular venues including Trader Vic's and Society Lounge.

Roxanne's journey with Hilton began in culinary leadership, progressing through executive chef and senior operations roles across Vietnam, Malaysia, the Philippines, Indonesia and the UAE. This hands-on foundation continues to shape her leadership style, with a strong emphasis on quality, brand standards and memorable guest experiences.
