Valencia Hotel Collection proudly announces the appointment of Jessica Hall as General Manager of Cotton Court. This strategic leadership appointment reinforces the hotel’s continued commitment to operational excellence and delivering elevated guest experiences.
As General Manager, Hall will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including financial performance, team development, and guest experience initiatives, while preserving the distinct character and strong sense of place that define Cotton Court.
Hall most recently served as Director of Sales and Marketing at Cotton Court for the past five years. She previously held the role of Director of Sales at Spirit Ranch Wedding and Event Venue and Overton Hotel & Conference Center, bringing a strong track record of leadership and market expertise to the new appointment.
Hall’s leadership will further strengthen Cotton Court’s position as a premier destination in Lubbock, Texas supporting Valencia Hotel Collection’s mission to deliver exceptional service and luxury hospitality experiences.
