Miraval The Red Sea has appointed Muhammad Al Nasser as Resort Manager, leading operational excellence and pre-opening readiness for the adults-only, all-inclusive wellbeing sanctuary on Shura Island.
Al Nasser brings extensive experience across luxury hospitality, multi-unit operations, and complex pre-opening projects within Saudi Arabia and the wider region. With a strong background in luxury resort positioning, owner relations, and performance-driven operations, he will play a central role in translating Miraval’s wellbeing philosophy into daily practice.
In his role, he is responsible for overseeing full operational readiness and pre-opening execution, including staffing, policies and procedures, and alignment with Hyatt’s global standards. Working closely with ownership and brand stakeholders, he will help shape the resort’s operational culture, embedding Miraval’s ethos of mindfulness, sustainability, and personalised service across all guest touchpoints. His leadership focuses on building high-performing, multicultural teams and ensuring a seamless, purpose-led guest experience.
