Jad Germanos has been appointed as General Manager at Crowne Plaza Muscat OCEC by IHG
Crowne Plaza Muscat Oman Convention & Exhibition Centre has announced the appointment of Jad Germanos as General Manager, further strengthening the hotel’s leadership team as it enters its next phase of operational excellence and commercial growth.
With over 20 years of international hospitality experience, Jad brings a strong track record in hotel operations, food & beverage performance, asset value enhancement, and owner relations within leading global hotel brands. His career spans multiple markets across the Middle East, where he has successfully led complex, high-volume operations and driven sustainable financial results.
Prior to his appointment at Crowne Plaza Muscat OCEC, Jad held several senior leadership and General Manager task-force roles within IHG-managed properties in key regional markets, including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Jordan and Oman. He is widely recognized for turning around F&B performance, strengthening governance and operational discipline, and aligning hotel strategy with owner and brand objectives.
