Danielle Dorland has been promoted to Regional Senior Vice President of Operations at InnVentures
Danielle began her hospitality career with Marriott International, where she spent eight years developing operational expertise across multiple roles and building a strong foundation in guest experience, brand standards, and performance discipline.
She joined InnVentures in 2017 as Area Sales Manager for the Seattle North portfolio and has since advanced through a series of leadership roles, including Director of Sales and Operations at Courtyard Kirkland, General Manager at Courtyard Kirkland and Hilton Garden Inn Bellevue, and most recently Vice President of Operations. Throughout her tenure, Danielle has consistently delivered strong operational and financial results while fostering team engagement and accountability across her portfolio.
Beyond operational performance, Danielle has played an important role in shaping InnVentures’ culture, driving engagement, strengthen cross-functional collaboration, and enhance leadership alignment across the organization.
