Jessica Nalley has been appointed as Regional Senior Vice Presidents of Operations at InnVentures
Jessica Nalley joins InnVentures from Highgate Select, where she provided oversight for nearly 30 hotels across California and Washington. Under her leadership, the region consistently exceeded financial targets, achieved guest satisfaction scores above brand benchmarks, and delivered strong quality assurance and audit results. She also played a pivotal role in developing regional talent and fostering cross-functional collaboration to support long-term success.
Prior to Highgate Select, Jessica held senior operational leadership roles with Aimbridge Hospitality, Pillar Hotels & Resorts, InnVentures, and Marriott International. Throughout her career, she has consistently driven market share growth, led successful renovation initiatives, and built high-performing teams while partnering with sophisticated, high-profile ownership groups. Her experience spans select-service and extended-stay hotels under globally recognized brands, including Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt.
In her new role, Jessica will oversee a defined portfolio of hotels while providing strategic leadership and operational support across regions. Her focus will center on optimizing operational metrics, strengthening owner relationships, and ensuring sustained performance excellence across the portfolio.
