Roswyn, a luxury lifestyle hotel under Ennismore’s Morgans Originals collection, announces the appointment of Annam Lubana as Hotel Manager ahead of its Mumbai debut. With over a decade of leadership experience across leading luxury hospitality brands in India, Annam brings strong operational expertise, commercial insight, and a structured, guest-focused approach as Roswyn prepares for its next chapter in the city. Her appointment marks an important leadership moment for the hotel — shaped by clarity, composure, and a distinctly contemporary perspective.
A graduate of the Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development and the Institute of Hotel Management, Mumbai, Annam’s early professional formation instilled in her a deep respect for structure, service ethos, and leadership accountability — principles that continue to guide her decisions today. As a guest services management associate, she was awarded the T.R. Oberoi Gold Medal in academic excellence, reflecting her early commitment to operational rigor.
She progressed through senior leadership roles within Marriott International, leading complex luxury operations across multiple markets. As Director of Operations at JW Marriott Goa and Director of Rooms at JW Marriott Pune, she oversaw large teams and commercial performance while sharpening her strategic mindset. This phase, she notes, was defining — shaping her commercial acumen and strengthening her ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams with clarity and confidence. In 2023, she was recognized as Operations Leader of the Year, reinforcing her belief that strong leadership, empowered teams, and disciplined execution drive sustainable success.
Annam defines herself as “a decisive yet empathetic leader.” She believes strong results are built on trust, clarity, and accountability. Intuitive and detail-driven, she places high value on relationships, thoughtful decision-making, and building cultures rooted in trust.
In her new role, Annam’s goal is clear: to establish Roswyn as a lifestyle destination known for character, consistency, and connection. She is focused on building a strong service culture ahead of launch, developing future leaders, and creating guest experiences that feel effortless yet intentional. She acknowledges that the challenge lies in exceeding the expectations of an exceptionally sophisticated, experience-led guest — and sees innovation in rethinking traditional service structures through agile teams, intuitive guest journeys, and experiences that feel personal rather than prescribed.
As part of the Morgans Originals collection, Roswyn brings a design-led and culturally attuned perspective to Mumbai.
