The Ritz-Carlton Maldives, Fari Islands is delighted to announce the appointment of Frédéric Marti as Resort Manager, further strengthening the resort’s leadership team with a globally accomplished luxury hospitality professional.
Marti brings more than 20 years of experience across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific. Known for his people-focused leadership style and strong operational expertise, he has led ultra-luxury resorts and award-winning dining destinations, driving performance while elevating guest satisfaction and team engagement.
Most recently based in the Maldives, Marti oversaw the daily operations of Joali Being, guiding strategic initiatives across rooms, food and beverage, and guest experience. Throughout his career—including roles at Four Seasons Resort Bahrain and 45 Park Lane, Dorchester Collection (UK)—he has launched new dining concepts, implemented sustainability practices, optimized departmental performance, and strengthened financial results.
In his new role, Marti will oversee all aspects of resort operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and continued alignment with The Ritz-Carlton’s world-renowned standards of luxury. He will lead a diverse team of Ladies and Gentlemen, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and intuitive, personalized service.
