David Stanley de Brito has been appointed as General Manager at Pullman Ninh Binh

Prior to joining Pullman Ninh Binh, David served as Area General Manager, Japan for Accor, where he oversaw operations across a portfolio of hotels including Grand Mercure Ise Shima. Earlier in his career, he held General Manager positions across several Accor hotels, including Pullman Vung Tau in Vietnam, where he successfully enhanced market positioning and drove strong commercial results. He has also overseen more than 15 hotel openings, further reinforcing his experience in bringing new destinations to market.

In his new role, David will be responsible for leading the overall operations and strategic direction of Pullman Ninh Binh, with a focus on establishing the hotel as a leading address for both business and leisure travellers in Northern Vietnam. He will also play a key role in building a high-performing team and delivering the Pullman brand’s vision of creating dynamic spaces for exchange, connection, and contemporary lifestyles.

David holds a master’s degree in International Business from Singapore Business School, along with professional qualifications from Cornell University, and brings a global perspective shaped by his international career, combined with a strong understanding of the Vietnamese market.

Pullman Ninh Binh is scheduled to open on 1 May 2026.
