Rosetta Hospitality is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms. Nisha Sharma as Executive Assistant Manager, Rooms and Guest Experience at Rosetta Sakleshpur. This appointment further strengthens the property’s leadership team and reinforces the brand’s continued focus on delivering thoughtful, guest-centric hospitality.
Ms. Sharma brings over 17 years of experience across rooms division operations, front office management, and guest-facing functions within the hospitality sector - domestic and international. Over the course of her career, she has worked with leading hospitality organisations including Eight Continents Hotels and Resorts, Marriott International, Extended Stay America, and Aloft Abu Dhabi, building strong expertise in operations, systems, and guest engagement.
At Eight Continents Hotels and Resorts, she held a series of leadership roles of increasing responsibility. Most recently, she served as Vice President – Operations, Business Development and Acquisitions, where she was closely involved in driving strategic growth initiatives and overseeing operations across the group’s portfolio. Prior to this, she was Director of Operations for India, Maldives and Africa, leading operational performance, service standards, and cross-market collaboration across these regions. Earlier in her tenure, she worked across rooms division management and learning and development, including as Corporate Rooms Division Learning and Development Manager, partnering with property teams to strengthen operational processes and training frameworks.
Her professional journey also includes roles with Marriott International, W Maldives and Aloft Abu Dhabi, where she developed hands-on expertise in front office operations and guest relations within international hospitality environments.
An experienced hospitality professional, Ms. Sharma is recognised for her ability to build high-performing teams, streamline operational processes, and translate brand philosophy into consistent on-ground delivery. Her leadership approach combines operational rigour with a strong understanding of guest expectations.
In her new role, Ms. Sharma will oversee rooms division operations and guest-facing functions at Rosetta Sakleshpur, with a focus on strengthening processes, enhancing engagement, and ensuring a seamless experience across touchpoints.
