This strategic move reinforces Wyndham's commitment to strengthening its leadership capabilities amid continued expansion across one of its most dynamic growth regions.
Tarun Ratra will oversee franchise operations across Eurasia, bringing extensive experience across multi-property hotel environments and franchise-led ecosystems. In his role, he will focus on driving operational consistency, reinforcing brand standards, and enhancing hotel performance, while working closely with owners and on-ground teams to strengthen service culture, streamline processes, and elevate guest experience across diverse markets.
Ratra brings nearly two decades of experience in the hospitality sector, with deep expertise spanning operations, stakeholder management, and multi-property portfolio performance, having worked with leading global hospitality brands.
Wyndham currently operates over 95 hotels across India and continues to expand its footprint through its franchise-led model. This appointment reflects the company's continued focus on driving scalable growth, unlocking portfolio performance, and strengthening its competitive position across high-growth markets in Eurasia.
