Stepan’s career spans leadership roles with globally recognized hospitality companies including RIHGA Royal Hotel, Kempinski Hotels, Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, Shutters on the Beach, and Hotel Casa del Mar. With experience across major markets including Los Angeles, Miami, Dallas, and the Caribbean, Stepan has developed a reputation for creating thoughtful, place-driven guest experiences that balance high-touch service with a strong sense of locality.
At AKA Beverly Hills, Stepan will lead the property’s vision for long-stay luxury, emphasizing privacy, flexibility, and highly personalized service.
