A passionate Food and Beverage professional, he has built his career within Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, progressing through key operational and leadership roles across London, Boston, Washington D.C., Bangkok, Dubai and Muscat. His experience encompasses Michelin-starred restaurants, high-volume banqueting operations, gourmet retail concepts and complex resort environments, consistently delivering excellence in both guest experience and financial performance.

Most recently serving as Director of Food & Beverage at Mandarin Oriental, Muscat, he oversaw three restaurants, a lounge, cake shop, pool and beach operations, as well as 2,000 square metres of banqueting space. His remit included outlet conceptualisation, recruitment of senior leadership teams, and steering critical path development for new and evolving dining concepts. Prior to this, as Assistant Director of Food & Beverage at Mandarin Oriental Jumeira Dubai, he guided restaurant general managers, coordinated soft renovations, and contributed to strategic enhancements across a diverse portfolio of venues.

His tenure at Mandarin Oriental in Bangkok, home to two Michelin-starred restaurants, saw him managing nine restaurants, three bars, multiple gourmet shops and extensive banquet facilities. There, he played a key role in renovation projects and in developing return-on-investment strategies for gourmet retail opportunities. Earlier leadership roles in the United States and the United Kingdom further strengthened his expertise in beverage budgeting, menu engineering, wine curation and large team development.

At Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort, he will oversee the resort’s seven dining venues and bars, in-room dining, beach and pool operations, and events catering, ensuring seamless integration of culinary creativity, operational discipline and elevated guest engagement. His structured, detail-oriented approach and commitment to integrity align closely with Anantara’s philosophy of heartfelt hospitality and immersive dining journeys.

With this appointment, Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort continues to invest in exceptional talent, further enhancing its reputation for distinctive gastronomy and world-class hospitality on the iconic Palm Jumeirah.
