He has held senior roles within professional services, including SVP at JLL and Development Director at Marriott International, where he was involved in growing brands such as Moxy, Residence Inn and Courtyard by Marriott. Most recently, Lederer spent nearly six years as Hotel Acquisitions Director at private equity firm Castleforge.

The group's partnership as a Marriott International franchisee was cemented by the Four Points Flex by Sheraton conversions.
