Codilla is a seasoned commercial leader with more than 20 years of hospitality experience spanning resorts, condo-hotels and global distribution. She draws on insights from portfolio leadership and the intermediary side of the business to align sales with revenue strategy and maximize asset value. Codilla holds a Master of Business Administration from Golden Gate University and is dual certified in Revenue Management (CRME) and Digital Marketing (CHDM).
