Craig Haas has been promoted to Regional Vice President of Lifestyle and Luxury Hotels at Concord Hospitality
Concord Hospitality, the award-winning hotel management and development company operating more than 140 hotels across North America, has promoted Craig Haas from Area Director of Operations to Regional Vice President of Lifestyle and Luxury Hotels, furthering Concord Hospitality’s commitment to developing talent from within and fostering leaders who deliver results while cultivating strong, people-first cultures.
In his new role, Craig will report directly to Senior Vice President of Operations Ben Haller and oversee Concord Hospitality’s growing portfolio of more than 30 lifestyle and boutique hotels.
Craig’s journey in hospitality began on the front lines, working as a server and bartender, where he developed a deep appreciation for exceptional guest service and the power of teamwork. He went on to forge an impressive career with Starwood Hotels & Resorts and Hyatt Hotels & Resorts, holding senior leadership roles that supported flagship openings, brand development and elevated guest experiences across multiple luxury and lifestyle properties. These formative experiences shaped his passion for service excellence, brand integrity, and building high-performing teams.
Craig joined Concord Hospitality in January 2018 as part of the Hyatt Centric Brickell opening team. Having been with Concord Hospitality for over eight years, Craig is thrilled to continue working alongside some of the industry’s brightest minds as Concord Hospitality upholds its reputation for exceptional service and continues to be recognized as one of the best places to work.
