Formerly serving as Assistant Director of Catering, Stoeva brings deep institutional knowledge and a leadership foundation shaped through years of close collaboration with former catering director Jamie Breslin. Together, they helped guide an award-winning team responsible for some of the hotel's most renowned and complex events, cultivating a culture defined by mentorship, creativity, and elevated service.
In her expanded role, Stoeva leads with a vision grounded in intention, innovation, and highly personalized experiences. Her approach honours the exacting standards synonymous with Four Seasons Hotel Chicago, while introducing fresh perspectives that further elevate the hotel's position within the luxury events landscape, from intimate, meaningful celebrations to large-scale, high-profile productions.
