The Novotel and Adagio Premium Dubai Al Barsha have appointed Christina Samir as cluster hotel manager, enhancing its senior leadership team with a seasoned professional recognised for her impact in the hospitality sector.
The strategic appointment aligns with Accor’s ongoing commitment to fostering female leadership within its global portfolio, signalling a proactive approach to gender diversity in management roles.
Bringing over 20 years of international experience in hospitality, Samir’s expertise spans operations, commercial strategy and team development, gained through senior roles at prominent hotel chains, including Accor, Hilton, Wyndham and Best Western. Her recent tenure as operations manager at Mövenpick Hotel Apartments Al Mamzar in Dubai showcased her ability to enhance operational efficiency and financial performance while cultivating high-performing teams.
In her new role, Samir will oversee operations at both Novotel Dubai Al Barsha and Adagio Premium Dubai Al Barsha, collaborating closely with the leadership team to elevate guest experiences and strengthen brand positioning. Her appointment is anticipated to unlock new avenues for performance enhancement across the cluster.
Samir is also noted for her advocacy in talent development and gender empowerment within the hospitality industry. She holds credentials from Accor’s Master’s Program for High Performing Leaders and the Accor Women in Hospitality Program, initiatives tailored to nurture future leadership and promote gender equality at senior management levels.
