Lodging Dynamics Hospitality Group (Lodging Dynamics) today announced the promotion of Candice Miller to Vice President of Operations, strengthening its leadership structure and reinforcing a unified, performance-driven operating model as the company positions for continued growth.
In her new role, Miller will lead the company’s operational platform, with the Regional Directors of Operations, Operations Excellence Manager, and Director of Food & Beverage reporting directly to her. This structure establishes clear ownership, measurable accountability, and consistent execution across every asset—strengthening operational alignment and supporting stronger property performance.
Since joining Lodging Dynamics as Regional Director of Operations, Miller has been instrumental in elevating team collaboration and driving operational consistency across the portfolio. Her leadership reflects the company’s “Hoteliers at Heart®” philosophy—a performance-driven approach that pairs disciplined execution with a people-first culture to drive measurable results for guests, associates, and ownership groups alike.
Miller brings more than 15 years of hospitality leadership experience spanning luxury and lifestyle resorts, with a track record of driving performance across complex, amenity-rich properties. Her background includes serving as Area Director of Operations, General Manager, and Director of Sales & Marketing, leading both operational execution and revenue strategy for assets featuring golf, spa, marina, and dynamic food and beverage programs. She is recognized for executing large-scale renovations and repositioning efforts, enhancing restaurant concepts, and elevating both guest experience and total asset performance.
