Eric Myers has been promoted to SVP Franchise Development at My Place Hotels of America
My Place Hotels of America, the largest affiliated company of The Rivett Organization, today announced the promotion of Eric Myers to senior vice president of franchise development. The move reflects both a recognition of Myers' leadership contributions to date and the intentional repositioning of his role to support The Rivett Organization's unified growth strategy across its vertically integrated ecosystem of affiliated companies.
In his new role, Myers will lead advancement of franchise growth initiatives while deepening engagement across The Rivett Organization, reinforcing alignment between franchise development, construction, and operational teams. He will work closely with The Rivett Organization's newly appointed chief development officer, Brian Quinn, to implement the platform's broader strategic development objectives. Together, Myers and Quinn will drive a cohesive and disciplined approach to franchise expansion, portfolio positioning, and long-term brand growth.
Myers joined The Rivett Organization in 2015 as vice president of development, bringing a practical, owner-minded perspective to the organization’s real estate and development activities. In 2018, he transitioned into franchise development, where he has since become a key contributor to the growth of the My Place brand.
