Carolyn Favrot has been appointed as Director of Food & Beverage at Trump International Beach Resort
Trump International Beach Resort is strengthening its culinary leadership with the appointment of Carolyn Favrot as Director of Food & Beverage, a move aimed at elevating the resort’s dining and beverage program into a more experience-driven, destination-focused offering.
Carolyn Favrot joins from Virgin Hotels Dallas, where she led a $10.5M multi-outlet F&B operation and delivered 21% year-over-year growth through high-energy programming, pop-ups, and entertainment-led activations that helped position the hotel as a local dining hub. She brings a strong background across both lifestyle hotel and restaurant environments, with prior leadership roles at Ace Hotel New Orleans, NOPSI Hotel, and NOLA Restaurant with The Emeril Group, giving her deep operational and culinary programming experience in competitive urban markets.
In her new role, Carolyn Favrot will focus on refining and energizing the resort’s F&B strategy as it continues to evolve its positioning as a culinary-driven destination in Sunny Isles Beach.
Carolyn Favrot is an alumnus of University of New Orleans – Class of 2015.
