Roger Nader has been promoted to Cluster General Manager at Jannah Homes
Jannah Hotels & Resorts announces the promotion of Roger Nader to the position of Cluster General Manager for EDGE and Jannah Ras Al Khaimah, reflecting the group’s continued focus on strengthening leadership across its growing hospitality portfolio in the UAE.
Bringing more than two decades of regional hospitality experience, Roger has built a strong reputation for operational excellence, commercial growth, and team leadership across several internationally recognized hospitality brands and destinations in the region. His career spans leadership roles with renowned hospitality groups including Rotana, Mövenpick, Jumeirah Group, Habtoor, and Seven Leisure.
Roger has played a key role in driving operational performance, enhancing guest satisfaction, and leading strategic property developments throughout his career. Known for his hands-on leadership approach and strong commercial mindset, he has successfully overseen hotel openings, large-scale renovations, F&B concepts, and multi-property operations across the UAE.
In his new role as Cluster General Manager for EDGE and Jannah Ras Al Khaimah, Roger will oversee the strategic direction and day-to-day operations of both properties, with a focus on strengthening operational efficiency, commercial performance, and brand positioning, while continuing to elevate the overall guest journey across the portfolio.
The appointment comes as Jannah Hotels & Resorts continues its strategic expansion across the UAE, reinforcing its commitment to building a leadership team focused on innovation, operational strength, and culturally rooted hospitality experiences.
