Ryan Leung has been appointed as Associate at Newbond Holdings
Newbond Holdings has expanded its hospitality asset management team with the addition of Ryan Leung as Associate.
Leung joins Newbond from Ohana Real Estate Investors, where he was involved in the asset management and strategic execution of luxury hospitality investments. During his tenure, he supported major initiatives across high-profile resort properties, including brand and management transitions, transaction closings, and recapitalization efforts, while developing investment performance analyses and reporting for senior leadership and capital partners.
At Newbond, Leung will help drive asset-level business plans across the firm's growing hospitality portfolio, supporting financial performance, operational strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning initiatives.
A graduate of Cornell University's prestigious School of Hotel Administration, Leung earned his Bachelor of Science degree Summa Cum Laude with a minor in Real Estate. His addition further strengthens Newbond's hospitality expertise as the firm continues to expand its investment and asset management platform.
