Jason Rochaleau has been appointed as Corporate Food and Beverage Director at Virgin Hotels
Jason is a senior hospitality operations executive with more than 20 years of experience leading multi-unit restaurant and hospitality concepts across luxury hotels, resorts, and standalone dining destinations.
Currently serving as Corporate Director of Food & Beverage, he is known for driving operational excellence, revenue growth, and team development. Previously, he spent 13 years as Vice President of Operations at Mina Group, overseeing concept development, new openings, P&L management, staffing, and guest experience strategy. Throughout his career, Jason has partnered with leading hospitality brands including Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, and MGM Resorts International, while building strong teams and lasting customer relationships.
In his role with Virgin Hotels, Jason brings his extensive operational leadership experience and passion for hospitality to support exceptional guest experiences, strong team culture, and continued growth across the property’s food and beverage operations.
