Throughout his journey, Chef Fabio has contributed to the opening and success of several prestigious luxury hotels and restaurants, including Rosewood Guangzhou, Rosewood Miyakojima, Armani Hotel Dubai, and Bulgari Beijing. Most recently, he spent nearly six years as Executive Sous Chef at Rosewood Hong Kong, ranked #1 at The World's 50 Best Hotels 2025 and home to acclaimed Michelin-starred restaurants CHAAT and The Legacy House.
Recognised for two consecutive years among The Best Chef Awards' "300 Best Chefs in the World," Chef Fabio is celebrated for a culinary style that balances authenticity with contemporary refinement.
