Gemma Gray has been appointed as Executive Chef at Marina Del Rey Hotel
Gemma Gray has been appointed executive chef of Marina del Rey Hotel, located along the Los Angeles coast.
Most recently Chef Gray oversaw the kitchens at Hotel Casa del Mar. Her resume also features executive leadership roles at hotels including Andaz West Hollywood and SLS Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Beverly Hills. She brings a penchant for Spanish and Mediterranean cuisine to her role at Marina del Rey Hotel, where she will oversee culinary operation of the property’s waterfront SALT Restaurant & Bar, and banquets and catering.
