Walter Wong has been appointed as Executive Chef at The Wayfarer San Luis Obispo, Tapestry Collection by Hilton
Walter Wong joins The Belamar, Tapestry Collection by Hilton in Manhattan Beach as executive chef, overseeing Second Story restaurant and the hotel’s banquet and catering programs.
Wong brings 25 years of culinary experience, and a global perspective to The Belamar, shaped by a decade leading kitchens throughout China. His background includes executive chef roles with ISS Guckenheimer, Grain Traders in West Hollywood, Whiskey Red’s in Marina del Rey, and Hilton Long Beach. He is a graduate of the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco.
