Parada joins Marriott Irvine Spectrum following his role as Regional Manager for Café Sevilla, where he successfully led operations across three locations while developing engaging and highly profitable beverage programs. Prior to his promotion to Regional Manager, he served as General Manager at Sevilla for four years, building a strong reputation for operational excellence, team leadership, and elevated guest service.
Known for his passion for hospitality, Parada brings a people-first leadership style rooted in creating memorable guest experiences. His expertise spans restaurant operations, beverage programming, and team development, making him well-positioned to lead Hive & Honey.
