Margaritaville Beach Resort Nassau has recently appointed Tito Fritz as Guest Experience Manager, where he oversees the resort’s activities program, live entertainment offerings and Parakeets Kids Club. A Nassau native with a passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences, Fritz brings extensive operational experience and a guest-first mindset to the role.
As Guest Experience Manager, Fritz is dedicated to ensuring every guest feels like a VIP from the moment they arrive. From helping families create lasting vacation memories to coordinating special celebrations and personalized touches, he works closely with teams across the resort to anticipate guest needs and create experiences that go beyond expectations. Through engaging entertainment, family-friendly programming and attentive service, Fritz aims to make every stay feel seamless, memorable and uniquely Bahamian.
As a Nassau native, Fritz developed his passion for hospitality early in life, inspired by the vibrant tourism industry in The Bahamas and an internship at Atlantis Paradise Island. After earning a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Bethune-Cookman University, he returned home to build a career dedicated to creating exceptional guest experiences.
Over the years, Fritz has held leadership positions with several of The Bahamas' leading hospitality brands. Having started his career as a bellman in Nassau, he developed a firsthand understanding of how every interaction shapes the guest experience. His experience across multiple resort departments, combined with his positive leadership style and commitment to service excellence, has earned him a reputation for creating memorable experiences and meaningful guest connections.
Throughout his career, Fritz has been recognized for his dedication to hospitality excellence, earning honors such as Manager of the Quarter and Employee of the Quarter at Grand Hyatt Baha Mar. Most recently, he was named Manager of the Year at Margaritaville Beach Resort Nassau.
