Most recently, he served as Hotel Manager of The Ritz-Carlton, Los Angeles and JW Marriott L.A. LIVE, where he oversaw dual flagship properties and delivered record guest satisfaction scores alongside consistent revenue growth. With a career deeply rooted in The Ritz-Carlton brand, Jordy brings extensive resort and urban luxury experience, a collaborative leadership style, and a strong commitment to exceptional service.

As The Resort at Pelican Hill enters its next chapter as a St. Regis Estate in 2027, Robinson is focused on introducing signature rituals and elevated experiences that enhance the guest journey while remaining deeply rooted in the Resort’s distinct character.
