Todd Felsen has been appointed as Managing Director at The Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort
Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, a 2,400-acre resort destination on Florida’s Emerald Coast, has announced the appointment of Todd Felsen as vice president and managing director. Felsen, who assumed the role in May, will oversee all facets of resort operations, including accommodations, food and beverage, golf and marina operations, recreation programming, guest services, owner relations and capital improvement initiatives. He will also spearhead initiatives designed to further enhance the resort experience and support Sandestin’s continued evolution as one of the Southeast’s premier hospitality and leisure destinations.
Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort features more than 1,000 vacation accommodations across 70 neighborhoods, including Hotel Effie Sandestin, a 250-room luxury hotel, and Osprey Pointe, a collection of upscale vacation condominiums. Additional resort amenities include four championship golf courses, a 226-slip marina, more than seven miles of beaches and bayfront, more than 85,000 square feet of meeting and event space, tennis and pickleball facilities, 7 restaurants, year-round programming and The Village of Baytowne Wharf, a waterfront dining, entertainment and shopping destination.
Felsen brings more than 30 years of hospitality leadership experience to Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort across branded, soft-branded and independent hospitality platforms. Prior to joining Sandestin, Felsen worked with OTH Hotels Resorts and Benchmark Resorts & Hotels, where he led large-scale resort operations and strategic growth initiatives. Throughout his career, he has been recognized for building collaborative teams and driving operational excellence across resort properties.
