Anil Joseph has been appointed as IT Manager at Hilton Hyderabad Genome Valley Resort & Spa

Mr. Joseph brings seven years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure management, network administration, cybersecurity, system implementation, and technical support within the hospitality sector. He led the IT pre-opening for the resort, an effort that earned the property the Best IT Hotel Opening of the Year, South Asia 2025 award, in recognition of the scale and precision of the systems he delivered ahead of the hotel's launch.

Prior to joining Hilton, he built his hospitality technology expertise across several Indian Hotels Company Limited (IHCL) brands, including Taj, Vivanta, Gateway, and amã Stays & Trails where he built deep expertise across core hotel systems such as PMS, POS, CRS, IPTV, key card, and guest internet solutions. Across these roles, he has proven his ability to lead teams and manage technology projects end to end, with a skill set spanning IT infrastructure management, IT service management, project management, hotel technology operations, network administration, system administration, and pre-opening hotel IT setup.

In his current role, Mr. Joseph oversees the resort's entire technology backbone, including servers, networks, and cloud systems, ensuring reliable, secure, and efficient IT operations at all times. His responsibilities include cybersecurity protocols, vendor management, system upgrades, disaster recovery planning, and full compliance with Hilton's global technology standards. Strong in technical communication, he works closely with teams across departments to deliver business-focused technology solutions that enhance both guest and employee experiences.

Mr. Joseph's appointment reflects the resort's focus on strengthening its technical leadership and its commitment to building a team that is precise, security-focused, and driven by excellence.
