Denū Hotel & Spa, slated to open in September 2026 as the newest hotel within Pacific Hospitality Group's Meritage Collection in downtown Phoenix, is pleased to announce the appointment of Anthony Fanella as Director of Food & Beverage.
Fanella oversees Denū's ambitious food and beverage program with a vision of establishing the hotel as a premier dining destination in downtown Phoenix. He brings more than 15 years of hospitality leadership experience, most recently serving as Director of Food & Beverage at Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort & Spa, where he led nine distinct dining and beverage venues. Known for driving operational excellence, cultivating high-performing teams, and delivering elevated guest experiences, Fanella is well-positioned to lead Denū's culinary vision across concepts Sartén Kitchen & Bar, Nidos Rooftop Bar and Blend Café.
