Nay Palad Hideaway, the award-winning barefoot luxury retreat on Siargao Island in the Philippines, is pleased to announce the appointment of Laura Robinson as Operations & Sustainability Director.

Robinson brings a rare combination of operational leadership, guest experience expertise and sustainability knowledge. With a Bachelor of Science in Marine Biology and Coastal Ecology from the University of Plymouth and a Master of Science in Tropical Coastal Management from the University of Newcastle, she has built a career at the intersection of hospitality, nature and meaningful guest experiences. Her previous roles include Operations and Sustainability Manager at Shinta Mani Wild, Director of Guest Experience & Sustainability at Cap Karoso, and Assistant Manager at Kandolhu Maldives.

As Operations & Sustainability Director, Robinson will work closely with the team to further elevate daily operations, sustainability practices, guest programming and the resort's ongoing commitment to responsible travel.
