Bradley Lowicki has been appointed as Executive Chef at The Industrialist Hotel, Pittsburgh, Autograph Collection
The Industrialist Hotel is pleased to announce the appointment of Bradley Lowicki as The Rebel Room’s new executive chef.
With over a decade of experience in the food and beverage industry through various roles in fine dining, banquet service, and high-volume kitchen environments, Lowicki has built a reputation for delivering elevated guest experiences while maintaining efficiency, consistency, and high culinary standards. Lowicki joins The Rebel Room at The Industrialist Hotel as executive chef, leading all kitchen operations from menu development and plating design to inventory management and cost control systems.
Prior to this, Lowicki held several key roles within Pittsburgh’s upscale dining scene, including management positions at Revel + Roost, Eddie Merlot’s, and Montour Heights Country Club, where he developed strong technical skills including high-volume production and recipe standardization.
Demonstrating his culinary creativity, Lowicki recently unveiled The Rebel Room’s new summer menu, featuring standout dishes like Sweet Potato Hash, Chicken & Waffles, Short Rib Grilled Cheese, Blast Furnace Burger, Steak Frites and more.
