Bringing more than 20 years of expertise across luxury hotels, award-winning restaurants and large-scale hospitality venues, Murphy is recognized for combining operational excellence with a passion for seasonal cuisine, local sourcing and exceptional guest experiences. His appointment further reinforces Trump Turnberry’s commitment to delivering world-class dining that celebrates Scotland’s rich culinary heritage.

He also played an instrumental role in the successful reopening and culinary management of the Turnberry Clubhouse during the 2015 Ladies British Open.

Murphy's appointment marks an exciting new chapter for Trump Turnberry as the resort continues to elevate its award-winning culinary offerings and reinforce its position as one of Scotland's premier luxury destinations.
