Jennifer Boisclair has been appointed as Director of Spa & Retail at Tradewinds Beach Resort
TradeWinds Resort is pleased to welcome Jennifer Boisclair as its Director of Spa & Retail. Jennifer brings extensive leadership experience across hospitality, wellness, retail, and business operations, with a record of developing teams, launching new concepts, strengthening partnerships, and creating experiences that support both guest satisfaction and revenue growth.
Throughout her career, Jennifer has held leadership roles with respected spa and hospitality organizations, where she has guided large multidisciplinary teams, strengthened operational consistency, elevated service standards, and supported sustainable business growth.
At The Norwich Spa at Foxwoods, Jennifer led a large team across multiple service areas while advancing employee engagement, professional development, and the overall guest experience. During her time with Grettacole, she supported two high-performing luxury spa and salon locations, building significant experience in multi-location operations, revenue development, project leadership, and elevated client service.
Jennifer has also played an integral role in spa openings and expansions, including supporting the pre-opening of G Spa & Salon and guiding the continued growth of Pure Eco Spa. Her experience includes developing operating procedures, recruiting and mentoring teams, implementing operational systems, cultivating vendor relationships, negotiating partnerships, and introducing retail and service offerings designed to increase guest engagement and business performance.
Her contributions to the industry have been recognized with the Danielle Knerr Leadership Award, which honors excellence in spa leadership. Jennifer also remains actively involved in professional and community leadership, serving as a board member of SpaHive and an ambassador for Madonna Place. These roles reflect her continued commitment to collaboration, mentorship, community engagement, and the advancement of the hospitality and wellness industries.
In her role at TradeWinds, Jennifer oversees the resort’s spa and retail operations, including the development and opening of the new Serenity Sands Spa. Her collaborative leadership style, entrepreneurial approach, and passion for creating memorable guest experiences support TradeWinds’ continued commitment to innovation, wellness, and exceptional service.
