InterContinental Boston is pleased to announce the appointment of Mehmet Izin as Hotel Manager.
Izin joins InterContinental Boston with a wealth of luxury hospitality experience from leading brands and resort destinations. He began his hospitality career in Istanbul, Turkey, before moving to the United States in 2007, where he built an impressive career with renowned organizations including The Ritz-Carlton, Fontainebleau Miami Beach, Wequassett Resort & Golf Club, and Hawks Cay Resort. Most recently, he served as Executive Assistant Manager and Director of Food & Beverage, overseeing resort-wide food and beverage operations, banquets, meetings, and special events. Throughout his career, he has consistently delivered strong results in guest satisfaction, employee engagement, operational excellence, and financial performance.
In his new role, Izin will support daily hotel operations, foster team development, and continue delivering exceptional guest experiences that reflect InterContinental Boston's commitment to luxury hospitality.
