With more than 26 years of international experience in leadership roles across luxury and lifestyle hotels and resorts, Hélder Martins has built a career defined by a commitment to excellence. His extensive experience spans three continents and six countries and includes leadership positions with globally recognized hospitality brands such as W Hotels, Westin, Marriott, and Sheraton. Before joining Pine Cliffs Resort, Hélder led the opening of Portugal's first Hyatt property, serving as General Manager of Hyatt Regency Lisbon.
