Wes Santos has been appointed as Regional Director of Operations at Dreamscape Hospitality
Dreamscape Hospitality, announced today the addition of West Santos as Regional Director of Operations, further strengthening the company’s leadership team as it continues its strategic growth across key U.S. markets.
Santos officially joins Dreamscape Hospitality and will be based in the company’s Florida office. In his new role, he will provide strategic operational leadership across a portfolio of Dreamscape- managed properties, working closely with hotel teams to enhance performance, strengthen associate engagement, elevate guest experience, and drive long-term value for ownership.
With more than 15 years of experience, Santos brings extensive expertise across full-service hotels and key markets including Washington, D.C.; San Jose, California; Charlotte, North Carolina; Savannah, Georgia; and Sarasota, Florida, with a reputation for operational excellence, team development, and service-focused leadership.
Most recently, Santos oversaw a portfolio of Florida hotel assets, where he helped improve operational performance and ownership returns, following a series of progressive leadership roles and industry leadership awards throughout his career.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Santos is actively involved in the hospitality and tourism community. He is currently Vice President of Lodging on the Suncoast Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association (FRLA) Executive Committee and Treasurer of Visit Sarasota County, where he supports industry initiatives and tourism development throughout the region.
As Regional Director of Operations, Santos will work alongside Dreamscape’s leadership and property teams to drive operational performance, guest satisfaction, association engagement, and owner returns across the company’s managed portfolio. Dreamscape continues to expand its management platform and strengthen its leadership capabilities across the markets it serves.
