Leon Young has been appointed as Managing Director at Asher Adams, Autograph Collection
Asher Adams, Autograph Collection, is pleased to announce the appointment of Leon Young as managing director. As a seasoned industry leader with more than 25 years of experience, Young will oversee the landmark property’s strategic direction and day-to-day operations, with a focus on team culture and the continued evolution of Asher Adams within Salt Lake City’s hospitality landscape.
Most recently, Young served as the managing director of The Standard, High Line in New York, overseeing the 338-room hotel and its five food, beverage and entertainment venues. Before joining The Standard, he served as area managing director for the properties formerly known as Ace Hotel New Orleans and Maison de la Luz, where he revitalized the food and beverage concepts and guided a significant repositioning effort. His career also includes leadership positions across the W Hotels portfolio in Hollywood, San Francisco, Scottsdale, New Orleans, Chicago, Dallas and other key markets.
Young holds an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Studies from Marymount College and has earned several awards and accolades over his career, including the former Starwood Hotels & Resorts Award for Heroism.
