His appointment marks a significant milestone as Minor Hotels prepares to debut the Colbert Collection in the UK and open its second global flagship property.
With nearly two decades of experience across London’s luxury hotels, Ercolano brings a rare combination of operational expertise, pre opening leadership and deep knowledge of the city’s hospitality landscape. His career, grounded in operations and Food & Beverage, includes senior roles at St. Ermin’s Hotel, Autograph Collection by Marriott; The Trafalgar St. James, Curio Collection by Hilton; Canopy by Hilton London City; The Ritz London; and Bulgari Hotel & Residences London.
In his new role, Ercolano will lead all operational and commercial strategy to bring to life Colbert Collection’s philosophy of hotels with a soul at the new London property.
