Stephanie Bauer has been appointed as Regional Vice President of Operations at Charlestowne Hotels
Charlestowne Hotels, a leading hospitality management company known for its diverse portfolio of lifestyle, independent and soft-branded hotels, today announces the appointment of Stephanie Bauer as Regional Vice President of Operations. In her new role, Bauer will work closely with on-property teams and ownership groups to strengthen Charlestowne's rigorous operational standards, elevate team performance, and drive results across the company's portfolio of 60+ hotels.
Bauer brings more than 20 years of progressive hospitality leadership experience across upper-upscale, lifestyle, and luxury hotels. Most recently, she served as Vice President of Operations at Remington Hospitality, leading a diverse portfolio of lifestyle and soft branded properties. She has also held senior operations roles with Hospitality Ventures Management Group, AVANA Capital, and Westmont Hospitality Group, overseeing ground-up repositionings of underperforming and newly acquired properties and managing transformation, renovation, and rebranding initiatives across multiple U.S. markets.
