Conor Hadlington has been appointed as General Manager at Conrad Hong Kong

Conrad Hong Kong has announced the appointment of Conor Hadlington as General Manager, effective 28 September 2026. A seasoned hotelier with nearly 18 years in global luxury hospitality, Hadlington takes the helm at one of the city’s most established landmark properties at Pacific Place, Admiralty.

 Originally from the United Kingdom, Hadlington has cultivated a diverse hospitality career spanning Asia, the US and the Middle East, working with several of the industry's respected luxury hotel brands, including Mandarin Oriental, InterContinental and Shangri-La. He began his journey  on the operational floor in Food & Beverage—a background that continues to shape his approach to hotel management. Over the years, he advanced into broader commercial and property-wide leadership, building a proven track record in revenue performance, team development, and guest experience for evolving luxury markets. His broad international perspective, coupled with a strong understanding of the regional landscape, brings valuable insight as Conrad Hong Kong continues to elevate its luxury offerings for today's discerning travellers. 

In his new role, Hadlington will oversee all operations, commercial strategy, and brand execution for the 513-room hotel. He will lead Conrad Hong Kong into its next chapter, building on the hotel's established reputation by strengthening guest loyalty and refining operational performance.
