Ajay Anan has been appointed as Executive Chef at Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad

Hyatt Regency Ahmedabad announces the  appointment of chef Ajay Anand as the new Executive Chef. Known for his innovative culinary  approach and global expertise, he is set to bring a fresh and visionary perspective to the city and  the hotel’s award-winning restaurants.

A graduate of the Indian Hotels Diploma Program at Taj Palace, Chef Ajay’s career spans  celebrated kitchens like Orient Express and Café Fontana. He spent nearly 20 years with  Carnival Cruise Lines, rising to Executive Chef and shaping the onboard experience across  flagship concepts. 

Further, he brought his expertise to Accor Group’s Pullman & Novotel Aerocity and the Michelin Guide-listed Aroqa Hospitality in New York. His most recent tenure was with 1932  Trevi, part of the One Window Hospitality and Iris Restaurants group
