Laura Mills has been appointed as Managing Director at Minor Hotels

The Wolseley Hospitality Group is delighted to announce the appointment of Laura Mills as Managing Director.

Laura brings almost 15 years of senior leadership experience in hospitality, most recently as Managing Director of The Ivy Collection, where she led one of the UK’s best-known restaurant groups. Known for her people-first approach, Laura believes great restaurants are built on great teams, and she has a strong track record of developing talented, long-serving leaders.

The Wolseley Hospitality Group was founded in 2003 and encompasses some of London’s best-loved restaurants; The Wolseley, The Wolseley City, The Delaunay, Brasserie Zédel, Colbert, Fischer’s, Bellanger, Soutine and Manzi’s of Soho. The group prides itself on immaculate presentation, seamless and personalised service, charming interiors, and an all-day dining offering.
